Welcome to Done Different.

By accessing or using our website, services, products, or experiences, you agree to the following terms. We’re here to inspire, but also to protect the space we’ve built — for us and for you.


1. Use of Our Services

When you engage with Done Different, you agree to use our content, tools, and services respectfully and legally. You may not:

  • Use our brand or designs for your own commercial use without permission.
  • Misuse our site (e.g., spam, hacking, or disruptive behavior).
  • Promote hate, discrimination, or harassment in any form.

2. Content Ownership & Copyright

Everything you see on Done Different — from visuals to words — belongs to us unless stated otherwise. You may:

  • Share publicly available content with proper credit.
  • Not reproduce, modify, or sell our materials without written consent.

3. Digital Design Services

All personalized home design services are delivered digitally. Once final files or links are shared, the service is considered complete. No refunds will be issued after delivery. We reserve the right to decline projects that do not align with our values.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel services at any time, including for inappropriate behavior or violation of these terms. Cancellations by the client must be made within 24 hours of purchase for a refund (excluding any custom work already begun).


5. Accuracy & Availability

We do our best to keep our content fresh, accurate, and accessible — but we can’t guarantee perfection. We’re not liable for:

  • Temporary downtime.
  • Errors in product links or affiliate content.
  • Any reliance placed on outdated or inaccurate materials.


6. Account Access (if applicable)

If you create an account with Done Different:

  • You’re responsible for keeping your login secure.
  • We may disable your access if terms are violated.


7. Community Expectations

We’re building a space where people feel seen, inspired, and safe. That means:

  • No hate, no bullying, no spam.
  • Keep it real. Keep it respectful.


8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top. By continuing to use Done Different, you agree to any revised terms.

Return and Refund Policy

At Done Different, everything we offer is crafted with care and intention from digital design services to podcast. While we hope you love what we deliver, we understand there may be rare instances where things don’t go as planned.


Digital Design Services

Due to the custom and creative nature of our home design services:

  • All sales are final once the final design has been delivered.
  • Refunds will not be issued for completed design work.
  • If a project needs to be canceled, a full refund is only available if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase, before any design work has begun.


We want you to love your space. If you have concerns about your final design, we encourage you to reach out — we’re happy to collaborate on revisions within your package terms.


Affiliate Products (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair, etc.)

Products recommended through our affiliate links are purchased through third-party retailers. Returns and refunds for those items must follow the return policy of the retailer where the item was purchased.


Events & Experiences (Coming Soon)

For events (e.g., vision board sessions, workshops):

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event to be eligible for a refund.
  • Within 72 hours, no refunds will be issued, but you may request to transfer your ticket to someone else.


Apparel & Merchandise (Coming Soon)

Once launched:

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
